Tracyavon Ford, LCSW-R is a licensed clinical social worker with practice privileges in NY, NJ, CT, and PA. She is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and the owner of T. Ford LCSW Consulting Services PLLC, offering holistic mental health services and professional training.
A graduate of Adelphi University, Tracyavon holds a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in social work, along with a postgraduate Practice Fellowship in clinical supervision. She is extensively certified in mindfulness practices , ADHD, anxiety treatment, trauma therapy, grief counseling ,dialectical behavior therapy, anger management, breathwork, and somatic therapy. Dr. Jamie Bolden is a board-certified general surgeon and current Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellow based in New Jersey. A New Orleans native, she graduated summa cum laude from Xavier University of Louisiana with a degree in Chemistry and earned her medical degree from LSU School of Medicine-New Orleans. She completed her general surgery training in Florida prior to pursuing advanced fellowship training in plastic surgery.
Dr. Bolden’s clinical and surgical interests include reconstructive surgery, facial plastic surgery, and evidence-based skincare, with a focus on optimizing both functional and aesthetic outcomes. She is deeply committed to addressing disparities in healthcare access and improving outcomes for underserved and historically marginalized communities, particularly within communities of color.
As a physician, speaker, and emerging voice at the intersection of medicine, aesthetics, and equity, Dr. Bolden is passionate about advancing patient-centered care, mentorship, and community engagement. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys cooking, crafting and developing innovative approaches to skincare and wellness.

Dr. Kareem Merrick, a proud native of Washington, DC, is a graduate of Howard University, where he earned a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the College of Arts and Sciences. He continued his studies at Howard University College of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009.
He quickly made a name for himself as the youngest Director of Oral Health Services at Harlem United, one of NYC’s largest Federally Qualified Health Centers. Alongside this role, he served as a clinical instructor at both Columbia University College of Dentistry and NYU’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry program.
Dr. Merrick then became Vice President of Dental Services at SunRiver Health and later served as Chief Dental Officer at Gotham Health within NYC Health + Hospitals. In that capacity, he oversees dental clinics across all five boroughs and pioneered mobile dental units that bring care to underserved communities.
His work has been spotlighted in The Washington Post and Black Enterprise Magazine, and he currently practices as an Associate Dentist at National Dental in New York City.

As a primary care and HIV physician, researcher, and public health leader, Dr. Oni Blackstock has built her career on the core belief that communities most affected by health inequities should lead decision-making about solutions to these inequities.
She is the founder and executive director of Health Justice, a social impact consulting and
research organization that partners with health institutions to embed racial and intersectional equity into their policies and practices. She also leads the Grounded Innovation Lab, which develops community-centered frameworks for governing health AI systems.
As Assistant Commissioner at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, leading the Bureau of HIV, Dr. Blackstock led initiatives to expand access to HIV prevention and treatment. Under her leadership, NYC achieved a record low number of new HIV diagnoses. She also oversaw the creation of the department’s first bureau-based Racial Equity and Social Justice Initiatives Program.
She is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Medical School, and the Yale School of Medicine Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program.
